But now Emiliguano’s dreams of becoming Vanguard of Mexico lie in the dust.
He faces potential criminal liability under American law for potentially scheming with his personal Vanguard, Keith Raniere, and others to kidnap American citizens, NXIVM defectors, dissidents and critics, and disappearing them in Mexican prisons.
No doubt Emiliguano committed other crimes.
And the Mexican populace has no love for the Salinas gang that has looted Mexico for decades. The Mexican people will shed no tears for the likes of Emiliguano.
Nevertheless, the Frank Report reports that high-ranking Democrats are pressuring the US DOJ not to indict Emiliguano.
“Our source suspects that at the top levels at ‘Main Justice’ (the Washington DC headquarters of the DOJ,) a deal was cut with Carlos Salinas, brokered by high-level Democrats, to spare Emiliano Salinas from an indictment.”
What high ranking Democrats would expend precious political capital on a punk like Emiliguano?
No Democrat running for President would waste a phone call to spare Emiliguano.
Running for president is in itself a full-time job and the people wanting the presidency want more influence and power.
Democrats like Governor Andrew Cuomo, Mayor De Blasio and Senator Schumer are too busy in their current duties to bother with the likes of Emiliguano and no one wants to be tarnished by his reputation.
Obama is busy in DC writing his memoirs and trying to build a presidential library in Chicago over much local opposition.
The person behind any effort to save Emiliguano from his follies already has to have substantial clout and also ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF SHAME.
Now which Democrat fits that BILL?
Which Democrat has substantial influence and ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF SHAME?
There is only one powerful Democrat with ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF SHAME.
BJ Bill has already killed the prosecution of the notorious pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein.
The FBI and the Palm Beach Florida police identified 40 teenage girls who had been sexually molested by Epstein.
Bill Clinton traveled to Epstein’s private Pedophile Island with accused sex criminal Kevin Spacey on Epstein’s personal Lolita Express jet.
In a deal brokered by political insiders, Epstein was convicted of soliciting sex from only one girl and served only thirteen months of work release.
The investigation resulted in a 53-page federal indictment. Alexander Acosta, then the U.S. attorney for South Florida, agreed to a plea deal in which the government agreed to grant immunity from all federal criminal charges to Epstein, along with four co-conspirators and any unnamed “potential co-conspirators”. The deal halted the investigation and sealed the indictment. Epstein agreed to plead guilty to state prostitution charges, register as a sex offender, and pay restitution to three dozen victims identified by the FBI.
The Guardian wrote, “Despite this, the US government eventually agreed to allow Epstein to plead guilty to just one count of soliciting prostitution from an underage girl under Florida state law. … Epstein agreed not to contest civil claims brought by the 40 women identified by the FBI, but escaped a prosecution that could have seen him jailed for the rest of his life.”
On February 21, 2019, U.S. District Court Judge Kenneth Marra said federal prosecutors violated the law by failing to notify victims before they allowed him to plead guilty to only the Florida offense. The judge left open what the possible remedy could be.
His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.
His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.
Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” In addition, he was credited in the Starz docuseries 'Seduced' for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.
Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.
Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premieres on May 22, 2022.

Real Pedophile Ring New York Post story about a model in Argentina… key witness commits suicide suspiciously. Witness said ring had links to Pope. Shadowstate may be on to something for real.
People linked to the Clintons end up committing suicide or murdered.
Why don’t people just publicize the information they supposedly have? All of this cloak and dagger mystery story-telling is silly.
Good point…your meds must of taken effect…..
…Your last brain cell must have come back to life….
Nice Guy. Why do you feel you need to pick fights as if to prove yourself on this forum? When you make comments about others not taking their meds, it’s very insulting. I bet this makes you feel good that you got in the last jab. At least for one day.
I like it when he tries to pick a fight. It gives me an opportunity to totally humiliate him.
Great, time to burn my navy polo with red horsey logo. 🔥
You keep raising the bar. Great article.
There is no doubt that Emiliano wanted to run for the presidenciy of Mexico; he should’ve never won. However, his dream doomed the moment he met the smartest man in the world, from whom he learned a whole lot about commiting crimes.
He should be indicted.
I expect Emi will be indicted if the Feds find enough evidence, or not indicted if they don’t.
Many of Epstein”The Feds had plenty of evidence to tie Epstein to the molestation of 40 teenage girls.
And yet Epstein was only indicted for soliciting sex with one girl.
Many of Epstein’s victims were Hispanic girls from working-class families or girls recruited from Eastern Europe with limited command of English.
So much for Clinton’s professed concern for Hispanics and immigrants.
Clinton has always been concerned for Hispanics and immigrants. Concerned there would never be enough for him to screw.
The indictment included dozens of girls, it was 53 pages long. The plea deal resulted in just one.
Tex2 and Shadowstate,
Can either of you think of a more disgusting plea deal involving the criminal justice system of the United States ? Seriously.
Literally Prince Charles’s brother was photographed with one of the victims/witnesses in question basically hugging. The girl at the time of the photo I believe was 15.
The same girl claims Clinton was at the island when she was their and other girls.
The girl does state that she herself did not have sex with Clinton. The question begs to be asked…. What was Bill Clinton doing on the island? and was he completely oblivious to this young woman’s plight. No one has ever asked Clinton in an interview.
When I mention this case to regular people in my life like at a dinner party…I get “the have any other conspiracys you want to share response”?
How this case never resonated with the mainstream press is fucking ponderous…
A Miami newspaper is the only media outlet that covered the Epstein plea deal .
I’m quite sure Mr. Shadow can come up with a Chicago-based plea deal that’s more disgusting.
I’ve seen the Epstein story on several news outlets.
The Epstein case is deplorable and complicated. He had many friends who may have been involved beyond Clinton–like Prince Andrew, Kevin Spacey and Donald Trump.
The current president of the United States told New York Magazine in 2002, “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
Suspiciously, Alexander Acosta–the then the U.S. attorney who agreed to a plea deal in which the government agreed to grant immunity to Epstein, along with four co-conspirators and any unnamed “potential co-conspirators–Acosta was named Labor Secretary by President Trump.
Goodnight reporting LaLaLad
Meant good reporting
Really, good reporting? Since when is spouting democrap talking points good reporting? You must be off your meds little fella.
In 2007, when Epstein’s sweetheart plea deal was arranged, Trump was still a real estate developer in New York, not a political wheeler dealer like former President Clinton whose wife was considered an eventual future President.
If you want to be an unbiased junior reporter, you should not leave out suspicious but proven facts…that Trump had declared Epstein a friend and the US Attorney who gave Trump’s friend the secret plea deal was rewarded with a Trump cabinet post.
That would beg the question:
Did Trump reward him for stopping the investigation of Clinton? Or for stopping the investigation of himself?
If you put in all the facts, then the readers can decide for themselves.
Trump probably rewarded him for making liberals flip out.
You might want to check your good buddy Bill Clinton’s flight logs. 26 trips to Epstein’s pedo island. If you would stop democrap talking points people might take a little more seriously.
The government already tied its own hands against Trump with the Epstein plea deal.
Get back to us when you mention Billy Clinton has been documented to have gone to Jeffy’s Pedo island 26 times. Epstein is gonna have things reopened thanks to Trump DOJ. We will see what good friends they were. LOL
sorry little buddy more for you
Unlike Trump, Trudeau Is In Real Trouble
FEBRUARY 28, 2019 By David Marcus
While Americans were transfixed on Wednesday with the salacious, but not legally damning, testimony of Michael Cohen before Congress, a bombshell went off in the Canadian Parliament. Former Canadian Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould testified before the House Justice Committee alleging that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and others in his administration pressured her in “inappropriate” ways to reach a settlement with an engineering company that has been charged with crimes.
“Are you a racist”?
Was that a real dialogue? If so, stupid liberal “writers” race baiting again. This is what makes them feel righteous. They keep pushing this ideology and narrative to insult white people and pretend everyone else is a victim. They never insult any other race about their treatment of other races, women, homosexuals etc. They wouldn’t dare say anything about Islam either. Just white people. Kristin Crook virtue signalling again by spewing this anti-white narrative bullshit. You are the racist you privileged bitch. And you are a pedophile enabler. Remember, this absolute dog’s abortion of a show is tax payer funded and white men front the bill.
Read the comments. A lot of people are sick of this anti straight white male hysteria. The funding of the CBC comes from predominantly white male tax payers, the people Kreuk is slandering in this television show with this narrative. The writers are predominantly ugly white feminists and white soy boys.
When you are NXIVM conspirator, filming this tax payer funded drivel, pretending to fight a pedophile on television, while ignoring the fact your pedophile leader is going on trial for branding women with a woman you recruited, while trying to moralise on television… not good.
So I see Frank’s “new comments policy” fell by the wayside just like his Scooty’s Corner, Meanie’s, and whatever that other thing was that he tried to enact. Maybe you can give poor Jeremy Casper (aka Bizarro Sultan) his own corner so his poor wife and his 88 children can see what’s occupying all of their daddy’s time and the rest of us don’t have to keep seeing his repetitive dumps fouling up the comments section, especially in totally unrelated articles.
In case Frank forgot, here’s what he wrote a mere two months ago.
Just to review what the new policy entails, here’s a quick summary:
1. No comment will be posted unless/until it has been reviewed by me or a member of the Frank Report staff;
2. Comments that are rude to other commenters will not be posted*;
3. Comments that have nothing to do with the topic of the post on which they’re made will not be posted (If you want to write something about a specific topic that you think is noteworthy, send it to me – and, unless it’s abusive to another reader/commenter, I’ll be happy to publish it); and
4. Commenters that submit multiple comments on the same post will not have all those comments posted (No one reader is going to be allowed to take over the comments section. So, if you submit 10-12 comments on a particular post, you’ll probably see only 2-3 of them published. Be selective and strategic in what you submit. Sometimes, less is more).
You should see the comments we do not approve. However some of the commenters are fair game for insults. I.e.: Those who like to dish it out can expect to get it back.
“You should see the comments we do not approve.”
That sounds like the lame excuse a kid says to their parents when they bring home a report card full of Ds and try to compare themselves favorably to their sibling who brought home a report card full of Fs.
“However some of the commenters are fair game for insults. I.e.: Those who like to dish it out can expect to get it back.”
Why are you posting any comments that are insulting in the first place? By your own words: “2. Comments that are rude to other commenters will not be posted”
I realize that because of the type of people you have attracted to your blog and continue to encourage, most of the comments are immature, insulting, or out right insane in nature and most posts would have few responses if you actually followed your own words, but maybe if YOU could reign in some of the uglier parts of your own personality, when deciding which comments to post, after a couple of months, some of the smarter more informed people who quit posting here in disgust or embarrassment would return.
It is Frank’s website/blog at the end of the day and Frank is new to running a website/blog. He is figuring things out as he goes along.
Frank and KRclaviger do a great job reporting the NXIVM news.
Frank and his staff put a lot of time in reporting the news, writing articles and reading and posting comments.
Yes, I am kissing ass, but it is all true.
Think about what the Frank Report has accomplished. I never would have thought that a weblog could help bring the head of cult to justice. It is nothing less than spectacular.
Frank seems to know what he is doing.
My only critique is that Artvoice should be for political debate and Frank Report should stick to Raniere and Nxivm.
Lastly, Scott’s First Amendment rights should be curbed but I know that is not happening…
I need to curb the amount of comments I post. My wife has now formally asked me to cut back. 🙂
