Or just rationalizing your “easy win” scenarios again for the sake of making your current life conditions more bearable? If you’re talking about Jeffrey Peterson when you refer to “no legal experience,” his successful resolution in the past of over 80 civil matters, including several full jury trials and victories against firms such as Skadden, Arps, Latham & Watkins, and Brown & Bain, does not exactly equal “zero legal experience.”
You have again shown how ill-informed you are; and how quick you are to make assumptions tending to rationalize your own bullshit.
That ill-informed nature of yours is too bad for your clients and plentiful co-counsel who were somehow led to believe you’re a big shot, because certainly you couldn’t have been another Napolitano sycophant who only held appointed positions due to his willingness to do the dirty work, never once having been elected to an office.
By the way, on the topic of “legal experience”, not many former U.S. Attorneys have one of these, do they, “Mr. Invisible.” How’s this for your “legal experience?”

Please don’t tell us you’re so far detached from reality that you need Frank Report commentary to remind you what that means as to the origin of those documents and the obvious intent of the representative author. Despite what you surely believe now that you’re empowered by dirty money, you are not invincible. Didn’t you learn anything from Fast and Furious? Or is all of this somehow connected?

Look on the bright side, Dennis, you might not have to lie to Congress this time around. At least in NXIVM, Vanguard only thought he was a matter of national importance, and no one has to orchestrate the murder of a couple of border patrol officers to keep them quiet. This time, you only have to lie to Clare Bronfman and your abundant co-counsel, then throw all of them under the bus in order to protect your real “clients” in Mexico.
As arrogant and clueless as Raniere is, and as professional as the high dollar lawyers you guys hired with Clare’s money are, makes sense how you’ve been able to bullshit him, and them, and makes even more sense you’d be the clean-up man orchestrating the whole mess. For, as the years have shown, expertise in handling and cleaning up other people’s crap while pushing underhanded deceitful agendas on his “friends” who rely on him, is the essence of the marginally effective reckless counselor from Arizona.
With all those trips to consult with your real “clients,” did you at least get some extra frequent flyer miles on Aeromexico? Or were the recurrent Mexico City trips done on Marco Lopez’s new private wings? Not a bad lifestyle there is it, Dennis, now that you’ve changed sides?
From a short term point of view, sure beats the heck out of those cheap offices you used to complain about when you were working for the good guys, doesn’t it? And your new friends will even offer to whack your enemies, further inflating your ego, if such a thing is even possible at this point.

“Burke had been doing Janet Napolitano’s dirty work for years, while she was the AZ US Attorney, then Attorney General and then when she went to the Governor’s mansion. Because he was such a trusted operative, she had him appointed as the US Attorney for AZ when she went to DC. She knew she was leaving the operation in capable hands.
Another of her followers was Patrick Cunningham, devoted to her agendas at the AG’s & Gov’s Offices. A fine team player, he went with Burke to the US Attorney’s Office (AZ) in Phoenix as his Chief Criminal Deputy. In his official capacity, Assistant US Attorney Cunningham oversaw the day-to-day operations of Fast & Furious, meaning he was in it up to his evil eyeballs. That was made clear in the Congressional hearings, resulting in his refusal to testify. Unbelievably he didn’t get fired for that; has he resigned.”
You are right on Q. Burke is a swamp creature and will be paying a very steep price for his complicity in the crimes against America. The clock is very close to midnight for these dirty demons.

Is the reporter who received the Dodson memo from Burke, using Burke’s personal email, the same reporter who wrote the hit piece on Jeffrey Peterson about a year ago? I find it ridiculous that Burke said he sent the reporter the memo because he thought the reporter already had it. Then why send it to him, and from your personal email, an obvious intent to leak what is probably classified information, Dennis (the menace) Burke? I think Burke got off easy, he should have been disbarred. This is a mere slap on the wrist, it was all just for show.

It’s a fair question.
In Aug. of 2011, Burke resigned from his position as United States Attorney for Arizona in the Fast and Furious arms trafficking scandal, in which weapons were mysteriously trafficked from U.S. territory (namely Arizona) to Mexican drug cartels by the United States Government, on Dennis Burke’s watch.
“Kids” from the Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona area, were used to conduct the actual weapons trafficking, where weapons were transported south from Arizona to areas such as Caborca, Arizona.
Obama asserted Presidential Executive Privilege, ostensibly to avoid answering questions about the matter.
On 9/11, 2011, an article in Forbes Magazine called the Fast and Furious gunwalking scandal “President Obama’s Watergate.”
A book by author Katie Pavlich calls Fast and Furious “Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal.”
In the 1/13/2019 post allegedly made here on Frank Report by Dennis Burke, the writer arrogantly taunts NXIVM lead prosecutor Moira Penza, by writing, “Penza is kinda ‘choking’ in the plea deal negotiations, so far.”
The Washington Post reported on Feb 17th, 2012, that in Burke’s Fast and Furious probe, it was revealed that Burke called DOJ officials “Chuckleheads.”

The Washington Post article adds, ” it wasn’t Burke’s first brush with cringe-inducing e-mails.”
The similarities between the seemingly arrogant Frank Report posts, and Burke’s arrogant conduct in the Fast and Furious probe, are striking.
Is Clare Bronfman (and co-counsel in the NXIVM case, for that matter) aware of the possibility one of the lawyers may be taunting Moira Penza, the lead prosecutor? Clare, and the other counsel, would probably want to know about that. This guy has a history, and it isn’t a good one.
When confronted with the possibility, Burke will probably do what the Fast and Furious scandal proved he does best: Deny, and lie.
So all of this leads us to an obvious, important question.
Why was Dennis Burke involved in a botched arms trafficking operation with Mexican cartels, in the first place? Such an operation is unprecedented in U.S. history.
And now, after his resignation, Dennis Burke is apparently helping a “Sex Cult”, with ties to the families of former Mexican Presidents, in an alleged scheme to improperly get visas for none other than Mariana Fernandez, a member of Vanguard’s cult harem?
Is there a common thread that runs through all of this? The Burke ties to family members of Mexican Presidents in NXIVM, and alleged arms trafficking with Mexican cartels while he was a federal prosecutor, are enough to raise a few eyebrows.
The $1,200 that Burke had to pay for the costs is a joke. With the number of lawyers and the time involved, they must be calculating the cost far below minimum wage.
an article in the USA TODAY questioned the bar findings in Dennis Burke’s reprimand as inadequate, hinting at corruption in the Arizona legal community.
“Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said the Bar findings — including a proposed reprimand with no significant consequences — do not reflect Burke’s conduct in leaking Justice Department documents.

Burke also cites “political pressure,” but that was fundamental to his job as an AUSA, and he had the fake news/lame stream media covering for him the whole time. That’s not pressure. If Trump was the President at the time instead of Barry, this would have been a media sh!t storm.
Dennis Burke was the United States Attorney for Arizona, not an AUSA. Burke was the top dog, the head honcho there, appointed by Barry Obama. An AUSA is an Assistant U.S. Attorney.
Hundreds of AUSA’s worked for Burke. The U.S. Attorney office in Arizona is one of the largest in the nation, because of so many drug cases on the border with Mexico. Question is, what exactly was Burke doing, overseeing illicit arms trafficking through U.S. Gov’t channels, arranging for shipments of automatic weapons to Mexican drug cartels, while Burke was the top federal prosecutor in Arizona. And why were at least two U.S. border patrol agents killed with those weapons?
Barry Obama asserted executive privilege in an attempt to avoid answering the above questions. The questions remain unanswered as of today.
What answers about the biggest scandal in the Obama Presidency, and US-Mexico relations, may await investigators as they examine Denny Burke’s nexus with the Salinas family of Mexico, in the NXIVM criminal case?
