At least those who died, had thier lives ended. What will come out in the future will be the young girls (who are now women) who were taken advantage of (how old was Angel, Megan, Michelle, and Rosie). I think if someone looks into Kristen’s friend (who was under age) and those other teenagers that worked for CBI they will see that he is a molester. That is what bothers me above all. Murder is one thing, thier lives are over. When you take advantage of girls who work for you and play video games in an emtpy warehouse after hours (Keith knows what I am talking about) that is sick.
If this isn’t enough, he did it again with the —- girls. Thier parents trusted you (Pam) with thier care and you (Keith) molested them. What is worse is what you did to their brother. You made him tape tape it all. Not just what happened with the girls, but also what happen with your girlfriends. No young boy should be exposed to that.
I am praying for the day that one of these victims comes forward…as they are innocent. I am guilty and can’t. Those in the inner circle will know who wrote this because I will be gone by the time they read it. I thought what I was supporting was humanity…I recently realized it was just the preversion of a sick man.

This article claims Keith had “takin advantage” of women who are now nearly 50 years old. I call BS, Birth dates are listed in johns article.

The article was clearly written by someone trying to obfuscate his or hers identity. The direct accusations but vague on detail; grammatical errors and misspelling.
I can’t say I don’t blame who ever it was for not coming forward.
Who wants to get sued into bankruptcy or go through a criminal trial and get bankrupted.
It takes a special kind of person like Toni or Frank to keep on fighting. Most people walk way.
If Unterreiner is the rat, why did she allow this to keep going on so long, and not take the evidence to the authorities? If it’s her, she’s many times worse than Kristin Crook.
After reading Frank Report 2/2016..you have to think that its very possible she is the rat. Why hasn’t she been charged? She has been involved from day 1, did a lot of the computer work and something struck me from a comment that rang so true…no one ever speaks about her like the others. Lauren’s a bitch, Nancy’s a diva, Claire is evil. Almost like she’s an afterthought. Maybe that’s how she started to feel.

Immediately after he had this encounter with The Rat, John Tighe told me that he had turned over all the relevant information to Rodger Kirsopp – including The Rat’s IP address. Then, at Kirsopp’s request, John also gave him the passwords to the Saratoga In Decline website so that the NYSP could track the comments back to their source.
As was his standard practice at that time, Kirsopp did nothing to track down The Rat – and verify the accuracy of his statements. Nor did he investigate any of the illegal events that The Rat had described in his emails to John.
Perhaps Kirsopp will provide some sort of explanation as to why he did nothing about this matter…
Thanks, Joe. I believe what Kirsopp unfortunately did do about it was work with NX’s Albany lawyers and corrupt officials to try to destroy the evidence and shoot the messenger, John Tigue.
All of which empowered NX to commit further crimes believing they could get away with murder anywhere.
Why would the police need the password to track the source of the “Rats” post? If they had the IP they could have tracked it the ISP and then requested the ISP to provide information on that address. How would having the password to the Saratoga in Decline website help track the source of the post?
Flowers you think ip addresses are magical and will always lead right back to the person behind the keyboard. It doesn’t always work that way. I agree Kirsopp probably didn’t need all Tighe’s login information but you’re forgetting he’s an alleged dirty cop and wanted as much access as he could get. Interesting that he had that information and then later the child pornography was found on one of Tighe’s computers. If he worked for NXIVM they must have had a good idea who was being ‘the rat’ anyway.
I never said that ….you’re making assumptions about what I think. I KNOW the IP doesn’t always lead back to who posted the message, (they could even have posted it using public wifi) but explain how having access to the password would help track down the poster.
As far as I’m aware, the police can force the ISP to provide any info they have on an IP address. A smart criminal would therefore not post with a traceable IP.
Wow….the level of corruption in Albany continues to blow my mind. You guys trusted this bastard at first. I for sure believe John Tighe was set up. Thank God you people found out he was dirty. Things could have been alot worse for Frank and all of you otherwise.
I think the Rat spoke the truth of what they knew but pretended to be someone else to deflect away from his or her actual identity. That is why there is poor spelling and the point of view reads like 3rd person. Someone probably confided in Rat and Rat decided to go public. I believe Rat. Rat probably was scared and in legal parlance, Rat’s information amounted to hearsay. What else could Rat do? Police and a prosecutor’s office would not have taken Rat seriously….

If this person “went back” to Mexico….english is probably his/hers second language. Hence the grammar errors. It appears they knew alot in 2010….hopefully they made it out ok.
I still think Frank’s original guess was correct – that Karen U is The Rat. Would also match up with her being MIA in the indictments. Hopefully she’s visting Nancy on a regular basis.
It’s possible but I don’t think Karen U is the Rat. She may know who he is but it’s not like Karen to speak out publically.
NX top tier and their former Albany attorneys must know who it is. They confiscated and had full access to the blog owner’s computer for years after getting him arrested on the bogus computer trespassing charges, initially.
I think The Rat — destoying or maybe tampering with this evidence of possible murder and the pedophilia — is the main reason NX and their attorneys cooked up the bogus computer trespass changes to begin with.
Hopefully the Trowel investigation will also help turn up and uncover the truth about these “suicide” deaths before it happens again.
Karen Unterreiner already has the best seat on the bus.
Perhaps India Oxenberg will be recovered enough from her experience to get a nice seat on the bus.

Perhaps, if this person calling him or herself the Rat reads this, he or she might find some way to safely, more fully inform investigators in this case and put his or her conscience to rest.

The person who write this seems to pretend to not be able to spell simple words such as “their”, …which makes me wonder how authentic this confession really is.
This person ‘pretends’ not to know how to spell their. What makes you think they are pretending? Perhaps the writer cannot spell their or other words probably and is locked into the i before e except after c grammar rule. Is Sultan the only one you believe? You’re being illogical.
No…sorry, I should have explained. In dealing with this pack of malicious trolls over these last few years, I’ve seen them write hundreds of fake posts on a variety of sites, and pretending to be a non-english speaker or a terrible speller is one of their common tricks…(which they proved they were doing on another forum.)
So when I see a post like the Rat’s, (which would be an odd thing for an actual guilty person to post) and the post is full of spelling errors, it’s a pretty good indication it’s a fake.
Of course it’s possible that it could be real, and the person who did participate in encouraging the suicides is trying to disguise their real identity, but this seems unlikely. ..considering they refer to theirselves as a rat, and considering most people dont participate in a crime and then confess anonymously online.
If the Rat was really remorseful and had really wanted to be helpful, why didn’t they write out a full confession (with all the details of how Keith was involved) and mail this information in to the police or FBI? If they did that it would have proved they were at least trying to do the right thing.

We’re supposed to buy every comment Flowers makes about her ‘harassers’ no matter how outlandish but she cannot believe someone felt guilty enough to write this confession. She also seems to have a whole lot of respect for law enforcement agencies investigating NXIVM after reading many articles here telling us all they either didn’t take it seriously or were paid off in some way. I never said anything about whether or not I believe the story that was told by the law enforcement agencies involved with NXIVM. I said that if the police had taken the post seriously, they would/should have investigated it – but it sounds as though that never happened.
I have no idea if that was due to police corruption or not, but it sounds fishy to me for the police to ask for the password. As far as I know they shouldn’t have needed the password to investigate it….but i could be wrong.

I think there was some speculation it was Karen Unterreiner, but that was never confirmed.
