Shadow State: Allison Mack Puts on a Performance – in Court

By Shadow State 1958

The Frank Report was at today’s status hearing in Brooklyn. Here is what was reported about the activity in the Courthouse hallway.

“Before the hearing, Allison Mack was seen outside the courtroom in a buoyant mood, seeming quite gay. She was joking with her attorneys and seemingly being flirtatious with any man who happened to look in her direction.

“Once she appeared inside the court, her mood radically changed. She appeared pensive and solemn. As one observer said, ‘She was dowdy with an “Oh I’m dying’ look.”‘ seemingly being flirtatious with any man who happened to look in her direction.”

I have been in numerous courthouses over the years as part of my employment.Courthouses, even courthouse hallways, are not places for flirtations and dalliances.Courthouses are places of business where important issues are hashed out. Issues of criminal behavior or commercial activities. Workers in courthouses are somber, grim and sober. The lawyers working in courthouses are serious. The contending parties are even more serious.

Federal courts are even more businesslike than state or local courts.  The stakes in federal cases are often higher than in state and local courts.
And for security reasons people generally don’t wander off the streets into courthouses. Because federal courthouses are even more self-contained than state courthouses, if something happens in the hallway, it can get around the building very quickly.

Since Ms. Mack faces charges of sex trafficking and sexual slavery, it would behoove her not to flirt with every man who will glance at her.

Ms. Mack’s change in attitude to solemn and pensive when she walked into the courtroom itself demonstrates that Ms. Mack was putting on a performance. US courts don’t appreciate histrionics. Ms. Mack is a performer and she enjoys putting on performances.

“I love to perform. Can you tell?” Allison Mack.

Yes, we can tell.

The video in several places shows Ms. Mack admitting to enjoy entertaining people.Allison Mack Cult Recruitment Videos 2013-2017 (NXIVM, Jness, DOS, sex slave cult, pyramid scheme)

Unfortunately for Ms. Mack, federal courtrooms are not friendly to class clowns, flirts and performers.

Ms. Mack’s courthouse behavior shows her, in the words of Bombard’s Body Language not as a mature woman, but as an immature and emotionally stunted individual.

I’ve done all the same in courthouses. Though the men usually looked at me like I was strange 😜

She’s an actress, and will use of course what skills she has to her advantage. She’s under criminal indictment, is being trashed in the press, and is facing a ruined career even if acquitted. In her vanity she allowed herself to be manipulated by someone like Raniere and at some point became an enthusiastic participant in his schemes.

Many women have found themselves in a similar position. I just fail to see the fascination here. She is not breathtakingly beautiful, or even very famous. All those childish pictures of her sticking her tongue out have sickened me. Beauty comes in part from spirit, and now, after learning all she has done, she is ugly to me – too much gum, a large nose, short stature and thick ankles. To behave the way she did, she must have an immature, jealous and punitive spirit. I’m sure I would see her very differently if she were a good person.

Her big smiles in photos obviously come from her pride in herself for cruelly controlling others with impunity – not from pure joy or inner happiness. Compare her smiles to those of, say, Oprah Winfrey, or some other beloved figure who actually HELPS humans instead of simply TALKING about doing so.

Maybe she’s hoping one of the men might be shadow?

Well said OCD. In addition to your comment referenced above, you are right, Ms. Mack will most likely use all of her learned skills to her advantage. She’s not pretty and just comes off as too preppy when she wears her iconic light blue denim jacket and backpack. Give me a break. She looks like a model for Kohl’s Department Store.

And the fact that she wears faded denim to Court is appalling to me – like a clueless teen. She ought to think about showing some respect for the very serious proceedings. I know no one who would show up to Court dressed that way.

Is that catty?

Been in court several times myself. It’s her way of feeling comfortable whilst being nervous. Heck, I once flirted with the judge! Frank, your reports on Allison are very drab mate. At least write something worth reading. Your reports could have just said “Allison Mack flirts in court whilst looking sad due to her illegal activities”, there is no need to write a gap filler just to fill a page!

Toby,
When Amanda Foxy Knoxy did cartwheels in the police station after the murder of her room mate Meredity Kercher, Know’s cavalier attitude immediately made her a prime suspect in the murder of Kercher.

Just ask MK10ART.

Mack can’t necessarily do great character acting, but she can pull off crying and simulate emotions quite easily.

It is sad that actors and actresses are held in such high regard in our society. Acting is an expendable profession. It’s right there with sports, singing and porn as something the world could do without if it had to.

Mack is a typical entertainer in that she is an utter moron. But let’s face it, even children and pets learn how to manipulate adults.

Mack be be a simple minded imbecile, but she has the ability to completely manipulate some judge who wrongly thinks they can’t be fooled.

I believe Mack is attracted to power. When she sees a man with power, she seeks to get close to him and to get in favor with him. Like some pretty girl who gets a mad crush on an old, ugly teacher, or a chump change fast food manager who supervises them. The teacher or the manager would have no chance with the girl if she didn’t know them and they approached her somewhere.

But they have a bit of authority in the workplace and the dumb girl attempts to get close to them.

Mack is probably attracted to her lawyer, because when they are together he is something like her boss. And who knows, maybe he is not interested and she might have been acting flirty hoping he would get jealous and be receptive to her. I’d have to have seen it myself to know for sure, but don’t believe the reports depicting Mack of simple flirting. Stupid yes, but her motives will not be so simple.

If ever Mack actually goes to trial, and her judge is a male, she will undoubtedly attempt to pad his ego, if if it is just simple looks and smiles.

And when you see or hear about her strange behavior, never just accept the obvious reasons for it. Look deeper.

Anything is expendable outside of the basic physiological needs of a human for survival, e.g., food, water, shelter, etc. – see Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Entertainment has been around since the dawn of human history throughout all cultures, manifested most prominently in Western civilization in the famous Greek plays and tragedies and in the works of Shakespeare. Even sports in some form has existed for millenniums. The current entertainment and sports industry in its current form is just an extension of this intrinsic human desire.

The story states he is trying to help Mack. Perhaps the judge determined that he’s the only one on the planet that feels that way. Or, unlike NXIVM, there’s not evidence to move forward.

She’s had no chance to grow. Once she came off Smallville, she fell in with these Jness, NXIVM, etc hucksters who certainly *haven’t* helped her grow or mature emotionally. If anything, they amplified her problems as a way to keep her in line.

Mack will grow in prison, they serve lots of carbs there and there’s nothing else to do. In fact, her cankles may explode.

I suppose if Mack likes change of scenery she should have refrained from practicing sex trafficking and sex slavery.

Scott Johnson (@ScottTexJohnson)

There will be plenty of facts presented that will make Mack’s poor acting performance moot, or even backfire. In court, there will be real, long prison term pressure, not fake Hollywood pressure. IF Mack doesn’t plead out and this case gets to trial, she will melt.

Mack is emotionalky stunted mainly becsuse of NXIVM and Keith.
Then again she would never be the sharpest tool in the shed.

That would be mainly Mack’s parents fault.

Keith emotionally stunts women who are involved with him the most. How many of these inner circle women put off living a normal life and having families of their own, i.e., a so-called “normal” life which was ever diminished in his value system? It seems to me like the women who spent the most time in his brainwashing program and/or around the Vantard were the ones who “saw the light” of his values and became useful sex and worker tools in his idiot’s toolbox.

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
