Clicky Eight: Moira Penza’s likely opening argument at trial – NXIVM was all about ‘poontang’

By Clicky Eight

Here’s the US Attorney for the Eastern District of NY, Assistant US Attorney Moira Penza’s likely opening argument at trial:

***

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, this trial can be summed up with a single word. Poontang.

NXIVM was set up for what?

Getting poontang for Raniere.

Intensives were set up for what?

Recruiting more poontang for Raniere.

DOS was set up for what?

Blackmailing women into giving up their poontang for Raniere.

Pam Cafritz (Satan rest her soul) spent her life doing what?

Managing young poontang for Raniere.

NXIVM’s Mexico operations were designed to do what?

Importing International young poontang for Raniere.

V-week was set up for what?

To provide a place where young poontang can congregate, to be tuned up by Raniere.

JNESS was set up for what?

Getting more poontang for Raniere.

Stripe path was designed for what?

To provide a way for different level sashes to be given in exchange for recruiting more young poontang for Raniere.

Now poontang all by itself is not evil, just as the bible tells us.

It’s the LOVE of poontang that’s evil — and Keith loves poontang more than life itself.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I ask you to sift thru the evidence and ask yourself one question… Was there ANY part of NXIVM’s operations which didn’t have the end goal of getting more poontang for Raniere?

I respectfully submit to you the answer is ‘no’.

No shit.

Just look at Allison Mack’s Jness videos selling its bullshit. She went from being in a relationship with a good guy to questioning the need to be normal, settle down, and raise a family – as if there is something wrong with that – to finally pimping for fraud whose life is built on more buillshit and lies.

This cult fucks up your mind.

I’ve noted that from a lot of people commenting who used to be involved in NXIVM. They make some valid points, but then the crazy comes out at some point.

It is rather ironic that Frank Parlato is stupid enough to be posting posts by Nicki Clyne that are entirely designed to make him and the site look stupid.
She has been very successful in destroying the comments section for months.

How so? She hasn’t touched my comments, and my comments are the best of the best.

Oh yes we must not make light of a serious subject. Give me a break. Humor is a way of dealing with things. Sometimes you just need to loosen up.

As far as Frank’s motivations the same can be said of all the people that left, like Edmondson and all the rest. They sure stayed and were true believers for long enough. I’m not sure I even believe some of the reasons given for leaving by some of these “heroes”. They do make sympathetic victims though. I’m especially curious come trial time how many of the slaves will claim to be victims and how many will stand with the cult

These weren’t children. That’s ridiculous. 12 -14 year old females are able to know what they want. Denying females the right to choose disempoweres them. A teen female can ask for hormones to covert to a male at age 11 so that she can successfully transition to a “he”. And you deny a female at age 12 the right to explore her sexuality. The age of consent is puberty. Keith taught us also that parents can decide if there children need sexual therapy at even hojngner ages. As long as there is no pain involved. Stop making it out as perversion. What would you rather have a confused female who wants to changer her gender or having Vangaurd teach her about the mysteries and tightness of being female?

When you spout this bullshit you lose any credibility whatsoever. Not that you have any to start with, I really hate going after someone whose intelligence is so far below normal but when it comes to molestation, and that is what a grown man having sex with a minor is – It is called child molestation for a reason by people far more educated than you will ever be. Educated in the damage done to minors by pedophiles and that us what Keith is according to your testimony here, he is a pedophile. Thank you Pea for clearing that up for us. As you are his voice on this website we appreciate the admission that Keith’s beliefs definitely involve pedophilia.

Why do you even respond to Pea? Ignore it.

If the female consents then it is not molestetion. Why should men not females decide their own age of consent?

Now your taking a serious issue and turning it into a joke. No normal person doubts Keith Rainere had selfish motivations as I’m sure many other members did. But they took young women’s deepest fears and then used them against them for years. This is not a joke.
Frank, I don’t get it? You say some of these women are your friends. That you’ve helped women escape, that you cared that they had been harmed. I understand that their has been enough info on the cult that should have shut them down years ago, so when you exposed DOS with the help of others you were finally able to turn the tables and get Keith. I’m sure your primary motive was anger and revenge .
If they had not fired you and gone after you would you have continued to work for them?

I think the article is correct. Everything was about poontang for Keith. Most of the NXIVM women still don’t get that. Yeah, this article might be making light of the situation, but it also might be trying to break through the defense mechanisms of the majority of the women who think they disagree. Keith didn’t care about any of us. Never did. Never will.

How did Keith treat the younger good looking men who had a mind of their own? Did he accept them and try to help them grow? Or did he label them, make fun of them, and try to run them out?

He ran shadowperv out who was very similar to Raniere in age and looks. Of course it was about scoring pussy for Raniere. He took advantage of women’s delicate egos and their false sense of empowerment.

About the Author

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
