One sticking point with the “blackmail” materials; it was offered and given voluntarily. As far as I know none of it was ever released or used against anyone. Might it even have been returned to some that demanded it?
Don’t go sideways I’m trying to suggest how a jury might view the practice. Given how the group functioned from beginning, meaning initial courses to the invitation to dos.
