In a recent post, I discussed a curious survey for college students that NXIVM members, Kristin Kreuk, Nicki Clyne, Allison Mack, and Sarah Edmondson were promoting in December 2007.
The survey seemed suspiciously like a NXIVM recruitment tool using actresses to lure in potential NXIVM members from the ranks of college students.
Up until now, I have been unable to locate the entire survey. Despite being promoted by the actresses – who at no point mention any connection to NXIVM, the survey was posted on NXIVM High-Rank Karen Unterreiner’s website Etholutions.com. [The website is now for sale.]
Thanks to a reader who found these two links on the Wayback Machine, we have some new information.
Here is what was posted as a sort of introduction. Evidently, they were quite serious about having only college students fill out their survey. It reads:
Hi there… if you’re reading this, it must mean you are an incredibly intelligent, witty, clever and good lucking member of the college community. If all but the college part applies to you, congratulations! but you best be moving along for now. But for all you college folks, thanks for comin’ over and sharing your valuable time with us. The survey will take about 15 minutes depending on how long you linger, and as a thank you for sharing with us, you have the opportunity to ask one of us (Allison Mack, Kristin Kreuk, Nicki Clyne or Sarah Edmondson) any question in the universe! If it’s out there enough, we just might answer it…

Beyond the intro and the general questions listed above, we know of two other questions in the Kreuk, Mack, Clyne, Edmondson, Unterreiner survey:

Also on the Wayback Machine for Etholutions is another indicator that the Kreuk survey was connected to recuitment for NXIVM. In a Etholutions page entitled “survey1out”, we see a question related to 16 day trainings.

Kristin Kreuk on stage at an a-Cappela concert in Albany in December 2007 with the banner of Keith Raniere behind them. Critics said the event was staged to recruit college students into NXIVM.
Kristin Kreuk denies she witnessed anything illegal or nefarious during her seven years with NXIVM. In a Twitter statement she admits she took an intensive but does not mention she was a coach and recruiter for NXIVM.
Of course Kristin Kreuk recruited for NXIVM. To date you can still see the YouTube video showcasing her promotion and praise of Acappella Innovations, all funded by Bronfman.

Good work Frank. Kristin Kreuk is a silent coward because she knows what she did and what she knows. An innocent person would do everything they can to prove their innocence. Not Kreuk though. You don’t get named in a criminal lawsuit for nothing.
Another comment of mine in response to the above was removed, yet this still remains. No dumb dumb, an innocent person can’t do everything they can to prove their innocence, because you can’t prove your innocence because you can’t logically prove the absence of evidence of guilt. You can only rebut claims of guilt when evidence or an argument for it is provided.

This this youtube video features an interview with Kreuk and Mack, where they claim to be the two originators of the survey. Neither Edmondson nor Clyne is mentioned.
Also, pages of the survey is featured on the computer screen, but the resolution is too low to make out the wording, at least for me.

Did you notice that while the actresses who were associated with this survey were all Canadians, or were working in Canada, the survey was obviously just given to American students? The information to be filled out asks for the participant’s STATE, not PROVINCE.
I wonder why they didn’t give the survey to Canadian students.
Do American Universities only accept American students? Most Universities around the world have foreign students so maybe there are some Canadians in US universities.
There should be foreign students at both American and at Canadian Universities. In this video interview just posted, they mention that the survey is for students everywhere, so I would assume they meant in several countries, maybe outside of North America even. But from the part of the survey shown here it looks like it was just geared to Americans. They ask for the participants city and state, not their country.

And you may find this interesting- fairly recently I had an author who wrifes about conspiracy theories, start a dialogue with me regarding QAnon. He began trying to convince me I was wrong about Qanon, and he insisted Qanon had no interest in NXIVM. When I proved to him that Qanon did mention NXIVM, he stopped talking to me, and he seems to have disappeared.
