The next few days of court hearings will be interesting, to say the least.
Yesterday, l was ready to get videos of local arrests but, as was discussed, I am pretty sure the Salzmans turned themselves in. And I don’t think I have ever seen a picture of Kathy Russell. Would love to see her arrest shot to see if I recognize her.
There were no sirens or fleet of government vehicles racing thru Knox Woods or Stage Run Plantation. Kind of a letdown but the important raids had already happened and the right people interviewed.
It looked like the Salzmans were already inside the courthouse when the media arrived – since I saw no footage of them being arrested. Ayla Ferrone of News 10 reported from the steps of the courthouse and used photos of Nancy, but had none of Lauren or Kathy.
As for Nancy and her life-threatening illness: First, she had cancer – she is said to have told friends at V-Week 2017, which was reported in Frank Report. Then someone said she was lying and crying wolf in a post on Frank Report. So what is to be believed?
For the last few weeks prior to the arrest, Nancy was spotted leaving early every day from the Raleigh/Wilton cul-de-sac. She often came back late at night.
As for Nancy’s $1 million in [eight] properties: That’s $125,000 per property and the cheapest homes in the area are more than that. I suspect she listed them at the purchase price and their values are understated – unless some are empty lots.
I suspect that laundered money was funneled into real estate. There is no way in hell that Monica Duran, who had no income outside of NXIVM, could afford her $200,000 plus condo on Minuteman. Same for Loreta Garza’s $600,000 home over in Farmview.
It was said to be ‘fake news’ about Keith Raniere admitting he invested in Bitcoin on Reddit. But could they have funneled money into crypto-currencies? Rational Inquiring minds want to know.

Two things:
1). Wouldn’t the court be able to verify/cross examine Nancy’s claims of a life threatening illness. Or shouldn’t they have? That would be a pretty weak precedent to set if they took a defendant’s word alone.
2). I have been reading the addresses of these various residences for months and months and google’s satellite maps and street level images only help so much.
Laura Darby, you’ve done so much already, but you are clearly the best candidate for this. Is there any way you could draw a crude map of who lived where and when and their proximity to other residences? I know quite a bit of shifting went on between houses/condos, but some sort of visual reference as to the layout of what happened where would be such a big help. Thoughts? Any other takers?
Or even a list of who lived where — to your knowledge.

Frank already did a shot of where Rosa Laura Junco, Alex Betancourt and Sara Bronfman all at homes within close proximity to each other. Those three live on what we call the other side of the tracks (rte 9 and the Northway).

Kristin Keefe lived with her and Keith’s son in #1 which is the end unit which (and you cant see the front door and empty driveway.) One of the Knife Media minions lives there now. #2 Flintlock was the home of Karen Unterrainer and for some time Camilla Fernandez and Clare may have stayed there also as I would often see Clare’s bicycle parked outside there when she was training for a triathlon. #3 which was actually owned be Karen and Keith was inhabited by Pam Cafritz, Marianna Fernandez and Keith, Karen has moved back over to #3 from based on her Mercedes being in the #3 driveway. Zoom out and look behind the pine tree and you can kind of see a fence and tennis court To the right of that is the building where Allison Mack, Nicky CLyne, India Oxenberg resided and where Jane Doe #1 stayed when she was in town. In this picture their unit #127 is directly behind the pine tree and out of sight. #127 is where the branding was done.

It was like musical chairs (or beds, I guess). I don’t know how you kept it all straight. Forgive me, because I can’t remember this – so were the Salzmans and Porters in a different neighborhood? I’ve seen your video footage, as well as Ayla Ferrone’s, of their homes, but I wasn’t sure how they were situated compared to the rest of the gang. I think I remember reading here that Rosa Laura Junco sold/is selling her house and I viewed that property. Are any of the other houses for sale? I know AM sold hers or put it up as collateral for her bail, right?
The very first thing I ever read about NXIVM (the vanity fair article, because I had personal knowledge of some of the other Bronfmans I was especially interested). It further piqued my interest the more I read about KR, ESP, Consumer’s Buyline, and even with everything else I’ve learned subsequently, I still understand things better when I have a visual.

Thankfully, I am blessed with an excellent memory and once i get a visual I pretty much will never forget a face. Chalk it up to lots of hours spent playing live poker in another lifetime 🙂
It was not easy keeping it all straight and there were some missteps along the way. I had a working list of NXIVM properties from the old SID blog and from Court documents.
My brother from a different mother told me about the internet archive Wayback machine and I was able to resurrect about half of John Tighe’s Saratoga in Decline blog posts regarding NXIVM and share them with Frank and others that had use for them.
I downloaded TOR Browser and was able to surf the web a lot deeper than what Chrome or Firefox does rather anonymously. I also learned various ways to keyword search and AHEM dox my Espian neighbors!!
I also learned that talking to my neighbors who own dogs and walk them allowed me to get pretty good raw data about comings and goings of various ESPIANS and who lived where.I also uncovered a lot more Espians living in Knox Woods then was originally thought.
Allison Mack once told someone she was living communely in Clifton Park……….

The “Jane Doe 3” unit on Wilton may have been rented to a couple who are not involved in NXIVM, or at least claim not to be attached to NXIVM. Maybe knock on the door?
12 WIlton Court was listed for rent so it is possible it was rented to someone unaffiliated with NXIVM thru the listing agent whose owner was a known espian and may never have renounced their affiliation with NXIVM.

Nancy’s elderly parents live in Cranford, New Jersey. I wonder if she and Lauren spent the night there. The accommodations at the Cranford residence are very spartan.
Yet somehow they can magically produce 100,000$ cash overnight, and be able to guarantee 5M$ for Lauren.
How magical.
Unless things have changed recently, Nancy’s parents did not benefit from their daughter’s “alleged” criminal activities. The Cranford, NJ house is somewhat dilapidated.
The fact that her parents live in a dilapidated residence constitutes one more strike against Salzman IMO. She’s been raking in money for nearly two decades and she can’t arrange for her parents lawn to be mowed, or whatever else needed to be done. Obviously, they’re not estranged, so one would think she could take care of them a little bit better. All in all, I guess that pales in comparison to her other transgressions.
The Cranford, NJ house was probably build in the 1920’s and the interior is probably original. I wonder what the correlation is between Nancy’s psychopathology and her upbringing.

As someone who has some knowledge regarding Nancy’s parents, nothing shocks me here. We are just getting started. The bottom of the barrel is still a long ways away. Interestingly enough, based on a prior posting by Frank listing beneficiaries of the ill gotten gain, it seems Nancy’s parents seem to have at least nominally benefitted. Although, it would not surprise me if Nancy stole her own parents identities to hide assets. A relative of Nancy told me that she would bully her parents.
What a tangled web they’ve weaved. I hope the feds have a crack team of forensic accountants on this — the IRS should handle that part of the investigation because of the sheer number of potential avenues for money to have travelled.

Nancy has gotten the cash/signiture from a “friend.” Someone named David Messing? Sure sounds like her BF the dentist with a similar name! Who do they think they are fooling? Those Clifton Park dentists have been taking the ESP classes for years. Hope they realize Nancy was just using them for their $.
The role of Dr. Porter in all of this seems to present important questions that may hold the keys to something much darker. Does anyone believe the “human fright experiments” were random or for an unspecified purpose? There was a reason for those experiments. Where were the results sent? Who wants to know the reactions of American women to Mexican beheading videos? What are they planning?
Neither Doctor Porter nor Doctor Danielle Roberts have been mentioned yet.
Perhaps they will be included in the next round of indictments when Nicki and India and Rosa Laura Junco get tagged.
Yes, Dr. Danielle Roberts especially needs to face full accountability for being the medical professional responsible for the branding. “First do no harm” should have been her credo and instead she listened to and participated in DOS.
Those experiments were not random. I’m sure they’ve cloaked their real (maniacal) purpose in “ethical” b.s., but how an MD could stray so far from the standards of care and responsibility as a medical researcher, I can’t fathom. What he did was not just reprehensible, it was abusive and warrants time behind bars. (Not to mention losing his medical license).
As much abject horror as Raniere, et al perpetrated, I am most disgusted by Porter and Roberts. That’s why I keep bringing them up. I was disappointed that they weren’t indicted yesterday, but I hope they will be soon.

Roberts doesn’t even seem to be having issues with the Health Dept, so that seems odd to me at this point. As others have pointed out, she most certainly did not have signed consent forms or any evidence of informed consent with regard to this branding.
Porter at least is actively dealing with procedures that should, at a minimum, cost him his licence.

Laura, you’ve been a gem. And, I’m not near the Albany area, but I’ve watched some of Ayla Ferrone’s reporting. She deserves an Emmy for investigative journalism.
One of the things I’ve been most curious about (that no one else seems to care about), is some footage that Ayla Ferrone included in one of her stories that made it into the Ch. 10 website version of her report, but wasn’t on air. She and her photographer caught Dr. Porter with his car backed up to his garage and he was filling his trunk with boxes of files (they were file boxes). This seems really vital to me from an investigator’s perspective — where was he going with all those files? I don’t think it was to the FBI.
My best intel which was relayed by an actual Espian to an outsider and then to me ( and it could be disinformation) is that the Porters fled to Clare Bronfman’s Waterford home at 91 Button Road Waterford, NY. My guess is the boxes went there. 91 Button Road is set off the road in a thick blanket of trees.
Any licensed drone pilots out there want to do surveillance?
When the Feds stated that Clare moved around a lot they werent joking. Clare has homes in Delanson (her horse farm), Button Road and at one time stayed over at 2 Flintlock. She also is said to have had an apartment in Saratoga Springs etc and that is just within the 518. There are also addresses tied to her in NYC, Florida, Sun Valley ID and Los Angeles area (my guess is the LA addresses stem from the failed real estate project)
I think, by now, whatever those boxes of files were, they’ve been destroyed. Could they have held (or do they hold) data on his fright experiment test subjects? Does he have, or did he have, records pertaining to the mysterious illness that plagued Vangaurd week a couple of years ago?

That reminds me of something else I’ve been wondering about — the ownership of the Vegan restaurant that both India and Nicki Clyne have been working at (in Manhattan or Brooklyn). Me thinks there’s a Nxian involved there too.

A $200,000 condo would have a mortagage if less than $1000, combine that with renting one of the rooms to someone else i.e an Airbnb kind of thing and it’s very easily affordable.
If the feds nabbed any computers with bitcoin wallets and such, they would have access to whatever crytpocurrency he had.
They can also be carried on USB, so perhaps he could have hidden one with someone.
It is literally impossible for them to have spent everything they bilked both the Bronfmans and intensive attendees for with just the meager lifestyle they pretended to have.

Although I did my time in the financial world it was pre-cryptocurrency and I will admit i have not had the time to educate myself on them. I used electronic wallets like Neteller when i was an online poker grinder (until 4/15/2011 aka Black Friday) and I understand bitcoin uses wallets too but that is about the sum of my knowledge.
As we have seen, Keith, Clare and Company did not seem to be good at covering their tracks, so they may have not been smart enough to offload their wallets onto a thumb drive.
From what I have learned about these people, I doubt there is crypto currency involved;
They aren’t that technologically savvy. My guess is it was all spent on clothes magically appearing, etc, real estate bought with cash…didn’t I read Nancy has a bunch of real estate in her name. Great way to launder money. And if the realtor of choice was a Nxivm, no questions asked on financing. All cash deal, easy.
If they were rolling in all kinds of cash, we would have heard about more than use of a dead persons credit card…

According to one story, Lauren’s grandparents were coming in from New Jersey to make bail for her. The grandparents live in Cranston, NJ in a vary spartan house.

No to Nancy staying with Lauren at 21 Lape Road and here is why the house does not have Central air as their are window air conditioners in some of the windows. I dont think Lauren has been living there but her cat may still be in the house hence the Chewy delivery boxes in the garbage cans as was noted by another spy. That house had lovely gardens at one time, I actually talked to the prior owner about them before the house was sold (it may have been an estate sale of home). The gardens are still there but not kept up like someone who loves plants and landscaping would. Put it this way, the house is more upkeep than Lauren is willing to put in to it.
I am told that Nancy moved into either Dani Padillas old unit on Raleigh or into WIlton Court which was the unit vacated by Chelsea and Adrian Fernandez and where Jane Doe 3 as we are calling her was imprisoned. I believe all the units in Knox Woods have central air. Dawn Morrison was also seen being moved over there from 203 Yorktown so maybe they are roommates?
I mentioned to Frank that Nancy has cried wolf so many times about a life threatening illness that I do not find her believable. Yes, she looked incredibly thin the last time I saw her but that could be from stress.
