Jail food for Raniere – better than DOS food for his NXIVM sex slaves!

By Ashley White

Ashley White

Keith Raniere allowed his DOS slaves to eat an 800 calorie per day diet. He told them that for women to be enlightened, they needed to eat very little.

Ironically, now that he is in prison, Raniere’s diet is rather sparse too.

Here are some of the meals he is enjoying as prisoner 57005-177

Hot dogs, bread and beans

***************************************************************************

Ham, slaw and bread

***************************************************************************

Apple, bread, broccoli and a mysterious stew

***************************************************************************

Breakfast: Oat meal, bread and a boiled egg

***************************************************************************

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, beans, bread and apple

***************************************************************************

Beans, rice, pickles

***************************************************************************

Goulash with veggie, cornbread and cake

***************************************************************************

Does anybody see the irony? The cruel Raniere forced hundreds of women to be on near starvation diets while he ate like a pig. Now the tables are turned and it makes one believe in the Law of Karma.

Yeah, I’m thinking the soy “taco” would be worse than the “beef” one. https://www.bop.gov/foia/National_Menu_Lunch_and_Dinner_FY18.pdf

Prisons do respect and adhere to vegetarian diet requests.. With that said, I’m guessing that veggie prison meal pics would be worse.

Keith doesn’t know how to sacrifice or starve so he may just lose his damn mind in prison.

The best part is that Raniere is an organic only vegan. He is super particular about his food so I’m guessing he is getting the feeling of starvation.

Do you really think he’s Vegan??? I think that’s more propaganda BS.

VanGrifter probably eats Cheeseburgers and Steak when no one is looking…

I agree with you. We have no proof, but I bet KR used to eat whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted, to include lobster, filet mignon, caviar, and other delicacies. The man is an absolute satiation pig. An earlier post, about his obsession with the OJ Simpson trial, described his typical daily diet during that time as tacos, mac ‘n cheese, pizza, and the like. Whatever his fancy, women would run and fetch it for him at once. I bet that in later years, the upper echelon of NXIVM secretly got him his craves and kept it secret to protect his “vegan, organic” image. I do believe that over time, he will get to appreciate and enjoy bologna and the likes. By the way, there are MILLIONS around the world who would thank God to have bologna, white bread, or anything at all, because they are f*****g starving to death. I doubt KR empathizes with them. Monster.

I’m sure he’ll have to eat quite a few sausages, and he’ll be tossing plenty of salads…and that dressing is definitely not “vegan”.

Its crazy that any woman in their right mind would buy into this crap.

I would have said. “Screw you buddy, you’re a lunatic.”

But that is the power CULTS have over people.

Those in them deny it’s a cult because its so SUBTLE

Watch the show THE PATH with Aaron Paul and you will see how it works.

My two cents: No hope for Allison. She crossed the line and rounded the bend. How do we know? Tying people up, blackmailing them, and approving severe physical pain to be inflicted on unwilling victims – when, if ever – is that OK, even if you’ve been under terrible influences? How can anyone sit there and observe another’s pain, fear, and humiliation, with a calm smirk on her face?

I notice some on this blog are eager to defend Allison (and other attractive actors) – this poor, young, cute dewy-eyed blonde who was ON TV!!! I see the picture of her pushing her cleavage into the camera and pulling her pants down as far as possible, and I think: Another spoiled, narcissistic attention whore, willing to do anything to anyone to feed her own ego. I am not without compassion but I fear we excuse a lot if the person is question is good looking or famous.

I am not trying to start another celeb defense shit storm here – just calling at I see it.

Terrific observation. KR will love the hot dogs after a while. I know I would. Salty and fatty. Yum. Do they get mustard? (Sorry to be snarky,)

The irony is that VanGrifter will get more calories and better food than his slaves did. Well, let’s hope Deliverance is one of his favorite movies. Or Pulp Fiction …

About the Author

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
