U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand said she now thinks Bill Clinton should have resigned as President because of the various sexual abuse allegations that were made against him before and after he was elected President.
As a result, I think it’s fair to ask her, [and the other US Senator for New York State, Chuck Schumer] to hold hearings on NXIVM, a sexually abusive cult that brands women on their pubic region and blackmails them into silence.
Sen. Gillibrand is making a stand against a member of her own party, the former Democratic President, Bill Clinton. Quite possibly she knows something about NXIVM and its abuse of the legal process because the Senator’s own father, Douglas P. Rutnik, once worked for NXIVM for four months.
It’s fair to state that Mr. Rutnik, an attorney who offered his services as a consultant and legal adviser, soon found out just how devious and dangerous the cult of Keith Raniere is.
Mr. Rutnik was retained as a consultant and legal adviser by NXIVM in 2004, at the rate of $25,000 per month. He was hired to help them resolve an array of legal and political problems that were hampering NXIVM’s operations – or so he thought. One of those problems concerned the long-overdue payment that Raniere owed to the New York State Attorney General because of his closed-down Consumers’ Buyline operation.
All this stuff happened long before Mr. Rutnik’s daughter became a US Senator.
Mr. Rutnick’s main contact person was Nancy Salzman. After four months, Mr. Rudnik decided to quit, having been informed of possible illegal activities that NXIVM and Mr. Raniere were involved in.
NXIVM decided he could not just quit. They decided to sue Mr. Rutnik and, as an additional threatening gesture, NXIVM reared false allegations of ‘sexual harassment’ against, of all people, Nancy Salzman.
The lie was despicable, but Mr. Rutnik had seen enough. He settled by simply returning every dollar they had paid him. In short, Mr. Rutnik ended up receiving no payment for the services he provided to NXIVM.
In light of the revelations of longstanding sexual abuse by Mr. Raniere, has the time come for Senator Gillibrand to request hearings about whether law enforcement on the federal level should conduct a serious investigation?
Senator Gillibrand’s concerns about former President Clinton are issues that occurred in the past. Sexual abuse and exploitation are going on right now in her backyard by Keith Raniere.
If she needs to get some firsthand knowledge of the way this cult lies, and abuses the system, she need only ask her father.
This is not to disparage Mr. Rutnik. He was a victim of this vicious, women-abusing, criminal cult and its leader, Keith Raniere.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this settlement agreement and it makes me wonder what NXIVM had done with U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand father to get him to agree to this kind of settlement.
I hope her or her staff look into NXIVM and what they are doing to women and the illegal activities they are involved with.
Knowing now how they use their membership to lie for them, it makes me wonder if those involved in the settlement did in fact lie for Nancy Salzman to force his hand in “just returning the money they paid him”.
A Rational Mind has to question why were all these members involved with this matter?
Alex Bentancourt in 2006 was one of the top selling members of Mexico. Bentancourt is also the one who is lying about the Toni Zarattini (and now serveral others) extortion plot in Mexico. After Zarattini left NXIVM and warned others about DOS, Bentancourt claimed Is it karma that Barbara Bouchey has been included in the Alex Bentancourt fake extortion plot?
Barbara Bouchey in 2006 was on NXIVM Executive Board and was one of Raniere’s girlfriends. She had been involved with other legal cases to included the Rick Ross case where she testified while she was still in the inner circle about where training notes were kept. Bouchey also was the go to financial planner for the wealthy NXIVM members including the Bronfman sisters.
Clare Brofman in 2006 was working her way (or more like buying her way up in NXIVM. Clare paid for most of the people she enrolled into NXIVM. Nancy Salzman did am amazing job pitting Clare and her sister Sara against each other like a jealous mother to see what daughter would give her the most. It was like watching a TV sitcom of Mommy Dearest – the NXIVM addition.
Edgar Boone in 2006 was most likely NXIVM highest earner. He was the king of Mexico and the fastest growing member with students below him. It is said that a lot of Mexican students paid for the programs in cash. in doing so Edgar would deposit most the funds into his bank account and wire it into accounts other than NXIVM main account. He also had a hand in helping to bring cash across the broader. Some of this cash went right to Nancy’s safe, some went to other states where gift visa card were bought and sent to Raniere and other high ranking members of NXIVM.
Ellen Gibson in 2006 was a low ranking student who most likely didn’t even know what was going on. Upon her resigning from NXIVM it was learned that Nancy Salzman had asked her to open a bank account for Salzman because Salzman told her she had opened as many as the government would allow her to. Unknowning this was a lie, Gibson had agreed. Upon recommendation from the person she shared this information with, the account was closed and funds returned to accounting office at NXIVM. The good new is the account had not started to be used yet.
Sara Brofman in 2006, as her sister was busy working or buying her way up in the company and competing with her sister for the attention of Nancy Salzman. Again, neither sister could see how Nancy was playing them off each other. I think to this day they still don’t see how they are being played the fools.
Pam Cafritz in 2006 was Raniere’s #1. She would do anything for him. It is well known that Cafritz was his pimp and was on the front lines of setting women up for grooming to be his bed mates. Pam had been with Raniere since his days with his old company CBI. Pam is now dead.
Suzanne Kemp in 2006 was a mid level student who broke up with her partner in TX and moved to Albany to be a part of NXIVM mission. When she found out somethings that NXIVM was really up to she dropped of the radar and stopped going. Suzanne is now dead from cancer.
Wayne Bates in 2006 was a mid level student from Boston who moved back and forth to Albany. NXIVM ran through his money and tossed him aside. Wayne is now dead.
Luis Montes in 2006 was a low level student from Mexico that travel to and from Albany. He is now married to his Sugar Mama Rosa Laura Junco who is a queen in DOS. How he was involved with this settlement in 2006 is beyond me.
Franca DiCreneseno in 2006 was a low level student from Albany. She is mostly involved in Real Estate in the Albany area. How she would be involved in this is beyond me.

So why is it important to even bring this up. Here is a really good example that fits the sex issues going on in NXIVM.

These women didn’t even remember having sex with this lawyer. One noticed that her bra didn’t seem to be on the same way after her meeting the lawyer than before the meeting which started the entire chain of events that lead to the investigation, arrest and finally prison sentence.

If Raniere and Salzman are Masters at hypnosis, is it possible that some women are hypotonicity put into a trance to have sex with Raniere? Would the same legal issues as above be a legal issue for him, Salzman and other leaders if they are involved in using hypnosis to convince women to have sex with Raniere? It’s been said by defectors that when a woman finds out that Raniere is not monogamous and had a reaction to this fact that the upper leadership of women come in and “work their issues.”

“How exactly does this thing work?
NLP is taught in a pyramid structure, with the more advanced techniques reserved for multi-thousand-dollar seminars. To oversimplify an overcomplicated subject, it more or less works like this: first, the user (or “NLPer,” as NLP people often refer to themselves—and I should note here that the large majority of NLP people, especially those who are primarily therapists, are likely well-meaning) of NLP pays very, very close attention to the person they’re working with. By watching subtle cues like eye movement, skin flush, pupil dilation and nervous tics, a skilled NLP person can quickly determine:
a) What side of the brain a person is predominantly using;
b) What sense (sight, smell, etc.) is most predominant in their brain;
c) How their brain stores and utilizes information (ALL of this can be gleaned from eye movements);
d) When they’re lying or making information up.

An NLP person essentially carefully fakes the social cues that cause a person to drop their guard and enter a state of openness and suggestibility.
For instance, a person predominantly focused on sight will be spoken to in language using visual metaphors—”Do you see what I’m saying?” “Look at it this way”—while a person for which hearing is the dominant sense will be spoken to in auditory language—”Hear me out,” “I’m listening to you closely.”
By mirroring body language and linguistic patterns, the NLPer is attempting to achieve one very specific response: rapport. Rapport is the mental and physiological state that a human enters when they let their social guard down, and it is generally achieved when a person concludes that the person they’re talking to is just like them. See how that works, broadly? An NLP person essentially carefully fakes the social cues that cause a person to drop their guard and enter a state of openness and suggestibility.
Once rapport is achieved, the NLPer will then begin subtly leading the interaction. Having mirrored the other person, they can now make subtle changes to actually influence the other person’s behavior. Combined with subtle language patterns, leading questions and a whole slew of other techniques, a skilled NLPer can at this point steer the other person wherever they like, as long as the other person isn’t aware of what’s happening and thinks everything is arising organically, or has given consent. That means it’s actually fairly hard to use NLP to get people to act out-of-character, but it can be used for engineering responses within a person’s normal range of behavior—like donating to a cause, making a decision they were putting off, or going home with you for the night if they might have considered anyway.
From this point, the NLPer will seek to do two things—elicit and anchor. Eliciting happens when an NLPer uses leading and language to engineer an emotional state—for instance, hunger. Once a state has been elicited, the NLPer can then anchor it with a physical cue—for instance, touching your shoulder. In theory, if done right, the NLPer can then call up the hungry state any time they touch your shoulder in the same way. It’s conditioning, plain and simple.”

This case involves coercion to get people to do things they would not necessarily do if they didn’t feel pressured to do so.

Wow, there is something fishy about this settlement. If it is true, how come so many students are involved in it. Seems like total BS to me and another Raniere Raindeer game to pressure someone into a settlement
