Online: keithraniere.com goes dark; NXIVM again down; Hildreth, Vicente removed from Keith Raniere Conversations

In the last week, following a cloudburst of publicity for Keith Raniere, websites related to his businesses have gone offline. Some have returned online, others remain dark.

Today his own website  http://keithraniere.com/ has gone dark.  People attempting to visit the site get a message: “This site can’t be reached.”

Also going dark, for the second time, is NXIVM.com. It had been off-line last week. As of Sunday, it was back online again.

As of today at 6 pm EST, it is offline again.

Keithraniereconversations.com went down last week, then returned online by Sunday.

On Sunday, people listed as participants in the conversations with Keith Raniere were Richard Mays, Emiliano SalinasMarc ElliotAllison Mack, Mark Vicente and Mark Hildreth.

Frank Report pointed out in a post on Sunday that Mr. Vicente and Mr. Hildreth left NXIVM, yet their names, pictures and bios remained  on the site giving the illusion of their continuing to support Mr. Raniere  and NXIVM.

As of this afternoon, Mr. Vicente and Mr. Hildreth’s names, pictures and bios have been removed from Keith Raniere Conversations.

The website for Executive Success Programs remains online.

The  website of his women’s group: Jness.com is down.

Exo/eso.com is down.

JnessTestimonials.com remains online.

Society of Protectors website is up.  It is password protected.

Luke, why are you not defending me, your very own father. Come back, the force is strong in you. I am your father. Sorry son, Nancy is your mother but we all have our short comings.

Hard to conduct business if you dont have a footprint on the web. Perhaps they are rebranding for the umpteenth time.

More media outlets should use that photo of Fat Keith. I’m not trying to fat shame him either because he’s still a douchebag even when he’s slim. But Fat Keith is the vagrant that society demands. A meat eating, soul sucking, sex addicted freak with some nice pudge to him.

He deserves to be fat shamed when he requests of his female slaves that they adhere to 500-800 calorie diets void of meat, and orders that they run a certain amount of miles each week so that they are skinny and don’t negatively affect his spiritual energy (or whatever bullshit he comes up with to tell them), while he sits on his parasitic, lazy, pudgy ass, as he chows down on dishes of meat and cake that people cook and serve to him.

Never thought I’d say this as the father of daughters but I’d rather pay for them to go down to the Amazon and drink that ayawaska stuff before sending them to even one day of this guys training.

Looks like he added a lengthy legal document that you have to agree to before looking at the conversations.

The best part of the Terms of Use for KR Conversations is that at the top it says

“BY SIGNING ON AND USING KRCONVERSATIONS™, YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES __AND ANY MODIFICATIONS THERETO__.”

Then at the bottom it says

“These rules may be modified by KRCONVERSATIONS™ or ETHICAL PRINCIPLES INC from time to time and such modifications will be binding on you when placed online.”

In other words, they can unilaterally modify the conditions to requre you to pay ONE MILLION DOLLARS per view. In fact, they can unilaterally modify the rules to require you to pay ONE MILLION DOLLARS per view for your PAST views.

That agreement’s been up for a while now. It’s not new. Also note that it says you not only agree to waive any liability claims, but you also agree to “DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, ETHICAL PRINCIPLES INC FROM AND AGAINST, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY, INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEYS FEES, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF KRCONVERSATIONS™ OR FAILURE TO ABIDE BY APPLICABLE LAW.”

They always include a clause that makes YOU liable for THEIR legal fees if they sue you for anything and you don’t win. They sue you, using the most expensive lawyer they can find. Then they put you through endless depositions, changes of court date, changes in suit details, etc. That runs up your legal bills, until you can’t afford to pay your own lawyer any more, even if you are winning. But if you settle, you are liable for their MUCH LARGER legal bills.

They have bankrupted many of their opponents that way.

Then they use little-known clauses of the bankruptcy laws that allow them to intervene in the bankruptcy case. So you can’t even declare bankruptcy and start your life over.

WTF are you going to ever “use” Keith Raniere Conversations for?

Unintended comedy? To shake your head at the blowhard who likes to hear himself talk so much?

About the Author

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
