Law enforcement has fielded NXIVM complaints for years

No indication multiple agencies ever launched deep probes of self-help organization

The headline tells the story.

Brendan Lyons is finishing the job Jim Odato started and this time Keith Raniere and Clare Bronfman will be hard pressed to perjure and bribe their way out of it.

Front page in the print edition.

A six minute snippet of a recorded conversation between Kristin Keeffe and Barbara Bouchey reveals Kristin laying out multiple crimes of Keith Raniere and Clare Bronfman.

This ought to get the FBI and NYS Attorney General finally interested in investigating decades of continuous crimes.

Without sounding melodramatic, this story might be the game changer. It spells out numerous areas of crimes that are likely ongoing . Keith Raniere and Clare Bronfman have been committing criminal acts for years, while they use her enormous wealth to crush their opponents and turn their innocent opponents into indicted defendants.

It’s sexism that has let it go on so long. “Oh, a bunch of preppy trust-fund girls getting themselves into some weird shit, this should be a laugh. Show me some real crime.”

Yep. Something fishy is going on at the governmental levels that have allowed this sham to continue. It is probably due to the Bronfman name along with the rich Mexican connections. With all the inside information that Keeffe, Bouchey, and others have relayed to authorities, the constant turning the head the other way for over a decade, says something stinks. When the author of an award winning investigative article gets terminated after exposing the group in it/and or because of them, one has to wonder about how deep the rabbit hole goes.

It’s about time that somebody started asking questions about why the local law enforcement authorities have allowed this travesty to go on so long. Had they acted in a timely manner, there wouldn’t have been any “brandings” by Dr. Roberts; nor any unauthorized “brain testing” by Dr. Porter; nor any “scientific experiments” on children at Rainbow Cultural Garden. Makes you wonder what motivated all of them to look the other way or, in some cases, to go after the whistle-blowers. If the full story ever comes out, I think we’ll see some early retirements or, better yet, some prosecutions. The winds of truth and exposure are blowing hard.

that’s something that I’ve always said: there seems to be more behind Keith than meets the eye. I still scratch my head when I think about why someone as powerful as
Edgar Bronfman Sr. surrendered with Keith and ended up leaving his daughters with this psychopath. And how is that the authorities in charge of the Internal Revenue Service, which I understand is one of the most strict federal agencies in the USA, in compliance with the law, never worry about all the data provided by different exmienbros. even with a battalion of attorneys of the Bronfman would be rare that you never hear about any investigation about it. In my experience, looking at things about compirations on the internet, this is always more common with very rich and powerful, as George Soros, although of course I do not intend to assume that much of the subject to think that the Bronfman sisters do not have enough power to avoid this type of investigation. But, as I see the stories in the frank report more, I notice that feeling that there is more than meets the eye, as if Keith is just the tip of the iceberg.

About the Author

Frank Parlato is an investigative journalist.

His work has been cited in hundreds of news outlets, like The New York Times, The Daily Mail, VICE News, CBS News, Fox News, New York Post, New York Daily News, Oxygen, Rolling Stone, People Magazine, The Sun, The Times of London, CBS Inside Edition, among many others in all five continents.

His work to expose and take down NXIVM is featured in books like “Captive” by Catherine Oxenberg, “Scarred” by Sarah Edmonson, “The Program” by Toni Natalie, and “NXIVM. La Secta Que Sedujo al Poder en México” by Juan Alberto Vasquez.

Parlato has been prominently featured on HBO’s docuseries “The Vow” and was the lead investigator and coordinating producer for Investigation Discovery’s “The Lost Women of NXIVM.” Parlato was also credited in the Starz docuseries "Seduced" for saving 'slave' women from being branded and escaping the sex-slave cult known as DOS.

Additionally, Parlato’s coverage of the group OneTaste, starting in 2018, helped spark an FBI investigation, which led to indictments of two of its leaders in 2023.

Parlato appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, Beyond the Headlines with Gretchen Carlson, Dr. Oz, American Greed, Dateline NBC, and NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, where Parlato conducted the first-ever interview with Keith Raniere after his arrest. This was ironic, as many credit Parlato as one of the primary architects of his arrest and the cratering of the cult he founded.

Parlato is a consulting producer and appears in TNT's The Heiress and the Sex Cult, which premiered on May 22, 2022. Most recently, he consulted and appeared on Tubi's "Branded and Brainwashed: Inside NXIVM," which aired January, 2023.
