The proof of how far things have gone downhill for some of the people in Raniere-world, is observable in this photograph. Taken sometime around 2005, Nancy has a number of the male members of NXIVM.
She was considered the second most respected person in Executive Success Programs (ESP).
After 2009, when Barbara Bouchey and other women left because of Keith Raniere’s sexual appetite and his mismanagement of money, Keith blamed it on Nancy and had her demoted. Clare Bronfman came of age and became the tyrant she is today. Along the way, she usurped Nancy’s role as second in command.
Nancy now has breast cancer and her future remains uncertain. Some believe that if she escapes Raniere’s home-brewed cancer remedies, she might have a chance to survive. If she sticks with Raniere, she is likely to go down the path that Pam Cafritz and Barbara Jeske took.
If people keep in mind that no one ends well who ends with Keith Raniere, there is hope.
Rumor has it Esther L Chiappone is so broke she is selling things on Face Book and moving into an apartment. She can no longer afford her house. She and her boyfriend, Jim Del Negro, both depend on sales of courses for their income. But ESP is through.
No one is going to take courses from a Vanguard who blackmails and brands women.
Once Esther Chiappone said that Allison Mack is bulimic and it created a tempest. But Allison is bulimic. Sources who know her and her spouse, Nicki Clyne, know that both of them vomit after every meal.
Lauren Salzman may need psychiatric help. ..She is miserable.

Anorexia and bulimia are two very different eating disorders and people are very rarely both at the same time. An anorexic severely restricts the amount of food he or she eats and a bulimic purges, usually after a binge in which large quantities of food are consumed. To say that Ms. Clyne is both bulimic and anorexic is probably factually inaccurate. By your description of a 500 calorie a day diet, she would fall into an anorexic lifestyle. Most bulimics do not appear underweight, they usually appear to be of a normal, healthy weight.
