The El Heraldo de San Luis Potosi has picked up the story on DOS.
As I predicted, Emiliano Salinas will be exposed throughout Mexico for the fraud that he is. Soon, there will be many stories.
Without bragging, I have done this before. You keep pounding away on a story and then one publication picks it up, then another, and pretty soon, a story about this despicable cult and its odious, vicious and cruel practices gets reported all over the world.
I sincerely believe that every country on earth that will publish this cruelty to women by Keith Raniere, Emiliano Salinas, and the betrayer of her own sex, Clare Bronfman, perhaps the most vicious and culpable of them all.
The El Heraldo is one of the largest newspapers in San Luis Potosi, a city with a population of nearly 800,000 people. Please keep in mind that the published version is in Spanish and the translation into English below is imperfect. It also appears the newspaper made some minor factual errors; however, the main story seems pretty true to me…
First, the English translation:
Small in volume, little structured, gathered around a charismatic leader, such is the cult that Carlos Emiliano Salinas Ocelli, the firstborn of the Innombrable AMLO dixit Carlos Salinas de Gortari, promotes in several cities of Mexico. It recruits young people from wealthy families, both from the business sector and from the political sector, and involves them in a program called Executive Success, which is actually a kind of brainwashing via a “dominant over submissive” philosophy. And to subdue the unwary, the first step is to force them to break all their family ties. The cults want them all to itself, nothing less.
Keith Raniere is the charismatic leader. According to Forbes magazine, “His most devoted followers say he is one of the most intelligent and the greatest living ethic. He is described as a modest and humble genius who can diagnose social ills with remarkable clarity. They say the teachings of an inspiring executive coach can empower some of the world’s most successful people to achieve ever-higher levels of status and money. Their program can even cure diseases like diabetes and scoliosis.”
In fact, Raniere, who lacks a formal education or even finished high school, is a swindler who, at least on a couple of occasions, has been indicted for creating pyramid-type fraud.
There are those, however, who see a darker and more manipulative side of Keith Raniere. Critics say that he runs a cult program designed to psychologically decompose his subjects, separating them from their families, and inducing them into a strange world of messianic pretensions, idiosyncratic language and ritual practices.
It is alongside him that Salinas Ocelli, a member of the Board of Directors of Executive Success Programs Inc. (ESP), has opened branches in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey and has hooked dozens of naive sons and daughters – including those of Cristina Fox de la Concha, among many others.

Forbes also reports that by 2013, approximately 3,700 people had come to Raniere and Executive Success Programs, the business he created in 1998. Driven by a powerful word-of-mouth network, followers include Sheila Johnson, co-founder of Black Entertainment Television; Antonia C. Novello, former United States surgeon general; Stephen Cooper, interim executive director of Enron; Edgar Bronfman, the head of the Seagram fortune family and two of his daughters; and Ana Cristina Fox, daughter of the former Mexican president. Raniere’s disciples say that their methods focus on their own approach and give them a sharper view of the motivations of others. “It’s like a practical MBA,” says a follower, Emiliano Salinas, the son of another former Mexican president.
Prorsus Capital and TaxBack, businesses fueled by the guru of Emiliano
Based in Albany, the capital of New York State in the United States, ESP is essentially run in secrecy. Recruits sign documents in which they promise not to divulge what they learn there to dominate the submissives, to create and/or grow businesses; to earn more money; etc. And, of course, Raniere receives a juicy commission for his teachings.
“Due to his fortune,” to the magazine, Who, on April 14, 2013, Carlos Emiliano Salinas Ocelli has been one of Raniere’s best catches. With his inherited money and the guide and advice of the Executive Success Program, the son of the former President is the owner and founder of an investment fund named Prorsus Capital that finances productive and innovative projects and goods. In addition, via the subsidiary TaxBack, which is based in Dublin, Ireland – among all places – it returns to the foreign tourists the VAT and other taxes that they have paid in Mexico, depositing them in their credit card accounts or bank accounts, as they choose.
And of all this, Rainere takes a percentage.
Selfishness … against the Solidarity Program
What do those who, for $ 10,000 per class, enroll in the ESP at Albany headquarters learn? According to Michael Freedman, a Forbes reporter, “His teachings are mysterious, full of selfish and impenetrable jargon about ethics and values, and defined by a blind ethos of ambition similar to the characters guided in a novel by Ayn Rand.” Cited as an example is the following teaching: “Do your own primary interest, do not be motivated by what others want and avoid ‘parasites’ (That is what they label people who need help). Only by doing this can you be true to yourself and truly ‘ethical’.” The other outcome, of course, is that this worldview discredits virtues such as charity, teamwork and compassion.
Thus, as the son of the inventor of the welfare program Solidarity, which provides support “to those who have less” – which began to be told to the poor and miserable in the Salinista sexenio – he only sees for himself, he shies from the needy and , still, he believes to be “ethical.”
Freedman also reports that ESP recalls the formation of the “human potential” of the 1970s, with a few Scientology elements and parallels with EST, the highly criticized group thinking program founded by Werner Erhard. Unlike EST, which famously discouraged students from using the bathroom during sessions, Executive Success offers plenty of breaks. Students pay up to $ 10,000 for five days of lectures and an intense emotional drill in thirteen-hour daily sessions. They take their shoes off during class, learn esoteric handshakes, and wear bands of different colors that delineate different levels of hierarchy in the organization. When a senior student enters the room, they must stand and show respect. They are taught to bow to one another. And when Raniere – or “Vanguard” as he forces them to call him – makes a rare appearance, like Elvis, the students approach him. Some ex-clients say they’ve seen him greet every woman with a kiss on the mouth, though Raniere denies this.
The sexual vise: marks in the female pubis; master – slave relations
Like any cult that is respected, that of Raniere – Salinas has its sexual vise. The Artvoice blog, among dozens of publications that refer to this and many other cases of abuse, tells how former television actress Allison Mack is “doing it” as the leader of a secret society of women who follow the teachings of Keith Raniere. Entry into the group requires members to be branded with a hot iron in their pubic region with the initials of Mr. Raniere and Miss Mack.
Mack offers membership to the select group which is known as DS [Dominus Servus (Latin for master-slave]]. The initiation ceremony is intended to provide an opportunity for women to enjoy deeper access to Raniere and his advanced teachings.
To enter this necessarily exclusive group, where Raniere is willing to impart his hidden teachings and allow, in some cases, personal communion with women, the ceremony of the mark is required. In this ritual ceremony, which lasts about three hours, women do what is known as “The Vow”, which includes a lifelong commitment to the service of Raniere and Mack.
After a trial period, women who are accepted by Miss Mack are invited to participate in the ceremony and the use of a metal branding iron, heated to an opaque red glow, is applied to the clean skin of the pubic area of the woman who is being initiated. The hot iron cauterizes the pubic area leaving permanent tissue scars that form the letters KR and AM, those of Keith Raniere and Allison Mack. The process is similar, in effect, to the branding of cattle.
In the past, frankreport.com has referred to the women who are dedicated to Mr. Raniere as “members of his harem.” But the term preferred by Raniere and Mack is “slaves.”
Many have left the sect in the last two years…
The cult of Raniere – Salinas has been quick to retaliate against those who dare to leave the cult. The case of Sarah Edmondson, in Vancouver, Canada, is the latest example.
Clare Bronfman, on behalf of Executive Success Programs Inc., filed a criminal complaint against Sarah for “theft, fraud and damage” at the Police Department of that Canadian city. Raniere wants to have Edmondson arrested and tried and sent to jail. Bronfman claims that 125 students in Vancouver left ESP at the behest of Sarah.
The reason why students left Vancouver, Albany, New York City, Mexico City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and elsewhere is that Keith Raniere devised a multilevel blackmail company called DS [Dominant over Submissive ]. It is expected that more than 400 people – maybe many more – have already left the cult.
DS requires women to provide ‘collateral’ to a cloud-account that is controlled by Clare Bronfman, who runs Raniere’s IT department. The collateral is used to blackmail women who have been “tagged” with Keith Raniere’s initials in their pubic region.
Personally and “without compassion,” as he is taught, Salinas Ocelli has also threatened those who have left the Executive Success Program, which has him on the brink of criminal prosecution. Business is business and no one wantsto lose customers … or “slaves”.
Many of the latter, by the way, have left ESP for health reasons. In the aforementioned Forbes report it reads: The Program “…is too intense for some. After sleepless nights and 17 hours of workshops, a 28-year-old woman from a prominent Mexican family says she started having hallucinations and had a mental breakdown at her hotel near Albany. She was taken to a hospital and required psychiatric treatment. Her psychiatrist, Carlos Rueda, says that in the last three years he has treated two others who have taken the classes; one had a psychotic episode.”
The cultfalls apart … and the Raniere-Salinas duo utters threats
Threats, selfishness, rites, marking women as if they were cattle, money and more money – the seed: the enormous fortune made by the Salinas de Gortari family under cover of politics and power – criminal accusations, the cult of Keith Raniere and Emiliano Salinas falls apart…
And what would you do? As is often asked, who has no success in the Executive, since he has only been engaged in running the Dona Fortuna.

El culto de Emiliano Salinas Occeli: amenazas, dinero y sexo
Pequeño en volumen, poco estructurado, reunido en torno a un líder carismático, tal es el culto que Carlos Emiliano Salinas Occeli, primogénito del Innombrable –AMLO dixit– Carlos Salinas de Gortari, promueve en varias ciudades de México. Recluta a jóvenes de familias adineradas, lo mismo del sector empresarial que del político, y los envuelve en un programa denominado Executive Success –Éxito Ejecutivo– que, en realidad, es una especie de lavado de cerebro, bajo un esquema “dominante sobre sumiso”. Y para someter a los incautos, el primer paso es obligarlos a romper con todos sus lazos familiares. Los quieren para ellos, nada más.
Keith Raniere es el líder carismático. De acuerdo a la revista Forbes, “sus seguidores más devotos dicen que es uno de los más inteligentes y la mayor de las personas éticas vivas. Lo describen como un genio modesto y humilde que puede diagnosticar los males sociales con notable claridad. Dicen que sus enseñanzas como un entrenador ejecutivo inspirador pueden dar poder a algunas de las personas más exitosas del mundo para alcanzar niveles cada vez más altos de estatus y dinero.” Incluso que su programa puede curar enfermedades como la diabetes y la escoliosis.
En realidad, Rainere, quien carece de una educación formal –ni siquiera terminó el bachillerato– es un estafador que, cuando menos en un par de ocasiones, ha sido indiciado por crear fraudes tipo pirámide.
Hay quienes, empero, ven un lado más oscuro y más manipulador de Keith Raniere. Los detractores dicen que dirige un programa de culto destinado a descomponer psicológicamente a sus súbditos, separándolos de sus familias e induciéndolos en un extraño mundo de pretensiones mesiánicas, lenguaje idiosincrásico y prácticas rituales.
Es al lado de él que Salinas Occeli, miembro del consejo de administración de Executive Success Programs Inc. (ESP), ha abierto sucursales en la Ciudad de México, Guadalajara y Monterrey y ha enganchado a decenas de cándidos hijos de… e hijas de… Cristina Fox de la Concha, entre muchos otros.

Los reclutas firman documentos en los que se comprometen a no divulgar lo que ahí aprenden para dominar a los sumisos. Para crear y/o acrecentar sus negocios.Para ganar más dinero… del cual Rainere recibe –but of course– una jugosa comisión.
“Debido a su fortuna” –cito a la revista Quién, del 14 de abril de 2013–, Carlos Emiliano Salinas Occeli ha resultado una de los mejores capturas de Rainere. Con dinero de papi –de dónde, si no “la fortuna”– y la guía y consejos del programa Éxito Ejecutivo, el hijo del ex Presidente es dueño y fundador de un fondo de inversión denominado Prorsus Capital que financia proyectos productivos e innovadores, bienes raíces en el ámbito turístico y, además, vía la empresa subsidiaria TaxBack, con sede en Dublín, Irlanda –among all places– regresa a los turistas extranjeros el IVA y otros impuestos que hayan pagado en México, depositándoselos en sus tarjetas de crédito o cuentas bancarias, según elijan.
Y de todo ello, Rainere se lleva un porcentaje.
Egoísmo… a contrapelo del programa Solidaridad del Innombrable
¿Qué aprenden quienes, por 10 mil dólares de cuota, se enrolan en el ESP en la sede de Albany?De acuerdo a Michael Freedman, reportero de Forbes, “sus enseñanzas son misteriosas, llenas de jerga egoísta e impenetrable sobre la ética y los valores, y definida por un ethos ciego de ambición similar al de los personajes guiados en una novela de Ayn Rand.” Cita como ejemplo. “Haga su propio interés primordial, no se motive por lo que otros quieren y evite a los ‘parásitos’” que es como etiquetan a las personas que necesitan ayuda; “sólo haciendo esto usted puede ser fiel a sí mismo y verdaderamente ‘ético’. La otra cara, por supuesto, es que esta cosmovisión desacredita virtudes como la caridad, el trabajo en equipo y la compasión…”
Así es, entonces, como el hijo del inventor del programa asistencialista Solidaridad, de apoyo “a los que menos tienen” –cual empezó a decírseles a los pobres y miserables en el sexenio salinista– sólo ve por él mismo, rehúye de los necesitados y, sólo así, cree ser “ético”.
Freedman también informa que el ESP recuerda la formación del “potencial humano” de los años setenta, con unos pocos elementos de Scientology y paralelos con EST, el muy criticado programa de pensamiento de grupo fundado por Werner Erhard. A diferencia de EST, que famosamente desalentó a los estudiantes de usar el baño durante las sesiones, Executive Success ofrece un montón de pausas. Los estudiantes pagan hasta 10 mil dólares por cinco días de conferencias y un intenso sondeo emocional en sesiones diarias de trece horas. Se quitan los zapatos durante la clase, aprenden apretones de manos esotéricos y usan fajas de diversos colores que significan jerarquía en la organización. Cuando un estudiante de más alto rango entra en la sala deben permanecer de pie para mostrar respeto. Se les enseña a inclinarse unos a otros. Y cuando Rainere o “Vanguard”, como obliga a que le llamen, hace una rara aparición, como Elvis, los estudiantes se acercan a él. Algunos ex-clientes dicen que lo han visto saludar a cada mujer con un beso en la boca, aunque Raniere niega esto.
La vis sexual: marcas en el pubis femenino; relaciones amo – esclavo
Como todo culto que se respete, el de Rainere – Salinas tiene su vis sexual. El blog Artvoice, entre docenas de publicaciones que se refieren a este ya muchos otros casos de abuso, narra como la ex actriz de televisión Allison Mack “la está haciendo” como el líder de una sociedad secreta de mujeres que siguen las enseñanzas de Keith Raniere. La entrada en el grupo requiere que los miembros sean marcados con una plancha caliente en su región púbica con las iniciales del señor Raniere y la señorita Mack.
Mack ofrece la calidad de miembro al grupo selecto que se conoce como DS [Dominus Servus (latín para amo-esclavo)]. La ceremonia de iniciación está destinada a brindar una oportunidad para que las mujeres disfruten de un acceso más profundo a Raniere ya sus avanzadas enseñanzas.
Para entrar en este grupo necesariamente exclusivo, donde Raniere está dispuesto a impartir sus dos enseñanzas ocultas y permitir, en algunos casos, la comunión personal con las mujeres, se requiere la ceremonia de la marca. En esta ceremonia ritual, que dura alrededor de tres horas, las mujeres hacen lo que se conoce como “El Voto”, que incluye un compromiso de toda la vida al servicio de Raniere y de Mack.
Después de un período de prueba, las mujeres que son aceptadas por Miss Mack son invitadas a participar en la ceremonia y el uso de un cautín, hecho de metal, calentado a un resplandor rojo opaco, se aplica a la piel limpia de la zona púbica de la mujer que es iniciada. El hierro caliente cauteriza la zona púbica dejando cicatrices permanentes de tejido que forman las letras KR y AM, las de Keith Raniere y Allison Mack. El proceso es similar, en efecto, a la marca del ganado.
En el pasado, frankreport.com se ha referido a las mujeres que se dedican al señor Raniere como “miembros de su harén”. Pero el término preferido por Raniere y Mack es “esclavo”.

El culto de Rainere – Salinas ha sido señalado de tomar represalias en contra de aquellos que se atreven a dejar de pertenecer a él. El caso de Sarah Edmondson, en Vancouver, Canadá, también es ejemplificativo.
Clare Bronfman, en nombre de Executive Success Programs Inc., presentó una denuncia penal contra Sarah por “robo, fraude y daño” en el Departamento de Policía de aquella ciudad canadiene.Rainere quiere verla detenida y juzgada y que sea enviada a prisión, ha trascendido. Bronfman reclama que 125 estudiantes en Vancouver dejaron el ESP a instancias de Sarah.
La razón por la cual los estudiantes salieron de Vancouver, de Albany, de la ciudad de Nueva York, de Ciudad de México, Los Ángeles, San Francisco y otros lugares es que Keith Raniere ideó una compañía de chantaje multinivel denominada DS [Dominante sobre sumiso]. Se espera que más de 400 personas –puede que sean mucho más– también salgan de este culto.
DS requiere que las mujeres carguen ‘colaterales’ a una cuenta en la nube controlada por Clare Bronfman, quien dirige el departamento de TI de Raniere, para chantajear a las mujeres que han sido “marcadas” con las iniciales de Keith Raniere en su región púbica.
Personalmente y “sin compasión”, como está aleccionado, Salinas Occeli también ha amenazado a quienes han dejado el Executive Success Program, lo cual lo tiene al borde de ser demandado penalmente. El negocio es el negocio y no quiere perder clientes… o “esclavas” y “esclavos”.
Muchos de estos últimos, por cierto, han dejado el ESP por razones de salud. En el citado reportaje de Forbes se lee: El Programa “es demasiado intenso para algunos. Después de noches sin dormir y de 17 horas de talleres, una mujer de 28 años de una prominente familia mexicana dice que comenzó a tener alucinaciones y tuvo un colapso mental en su hotel cerca de Albany. Fue llevada a un hospital y requirió tratamiento psiquiátrico. Su psiquiatra, Carlos Rueda, dice que en los últimos tres años ha tratado a otros dos que han tomado las clased; uno tuvo un episodio psicótico.”
La secta se desgrana… y la dupla Raniere – Salinas profiere amenazas
Amenazas, egoísmo, ritos, marcas a mujeres como si ellas fueran ganado, dinero y más dinero –la semilla: la enorme fortuna hecha por la familia Salinas de Gortari al amparo de la política y el poder–, denuncias penales, el culto de Keith Rainere – Emiliano Salinas se desmorona…
¿Y usted qué haría?, cual suele preguntar quien carece de todo éxito en el Ejecutivo, pues sólo se ha dedicado a corretear a la dio$a Fortuna.
Índice Flamígero: También Cecilia Salinas Occeli, la mayor de las hijas de CSG, es discípula de Rainere y de su ESP. También ha proferido amenazas a quienes han abierto los ojos y han salido de esta patraña.
