Police Reports: Niagara Center told to stop illegal parking

City building inspectors and Falls Police have told a South End businessman to stop parking cars illegally on his property.

The warning was given to Frank Parlato on Thursday after cops said they found 19 cars parked in a lot in the 300 block of Rainbow Boulevard. Police said the cars were using a handicapped access cut in the sidewalk to enter the lot.

Parlato and his attorney, Paul Grenga, reportedly disputed the no parking directive and additional city officials were called to the scene to confirm the closure.
